Italy’s ICEA certified traditional dove-shaped Easter cake in a smaller size and weight. A soft and fragrant cake made with meticulously selected ingredients and our sourdough that we allow to rise slowly and naturally. Unmistakable flavours of orange rind are released when you cut into this cake that’s topped with crunchy almonds and delicious hail sugar.
