A soft dough cake typical of Venetian tradition, which is obtained from slow and natural leavening provided by sourdough. A special softness given by a larger quantity of butter inside the dough mixture and a crunchy almond and granulated sugar frosting distinguish the dough from that of the Venetian focaccia.
