Limoncello-Soaked Colomba

Soft mixture of fine and compact alveolation, with fresh and aromatic fragrances of newly macerated lemon peel transformed into lemon cream. The lemon cream filling has an intense citrine yellow colour that recalls the scents of the best lemons porous peel, thereby giving the palate intense aromas and strong flavours sweetened by a delicious icing of crispy dark chocolate and white chocolate flakes.
