Organic Christmas
Pasticceria Fraccaro’s organic line was inspired by our desire to offer our customers the finest quality without sacrificing great taste, by carefully selecting fine organic ingredients and using our sourdough starter that, since 1932, has been making our desserts so soft and delicate. We know that our choice to use organic products in making our confectionery specialities is good not only for the health of people but also for nature and our soil. Our processes respect the natural times and rhythms of sourdough leavening to bring out the best in every ingredient. We know that it takes time and attention to detail to produce good things, which is why we choose healthy and genuine ingredients containing no synthetic chemicals or GMOs. We prefer flour ground on small stone mills because they maintain the grain's nutritional properties and guarantee a higher percentage of Fibres, minerals, vitamins and wheat germ. We buy our eggs from farms that raise their hens outdoors and give them only organic feed. We use artisanal butter with no added preservatives or colouring agents, that’s rich in nutritious probiotics and active ingredients. We take just as much care in selecting our candied fruits, sultanas, barley malt, brown sugar, agave syrup and natural flavours: all are grown organically
