This delicate and fragrant dessert of Venetian origins has a soft crumb and the flavour of fine butter, pleasantly sweetened with a hail sugar topping

 

Ingredients: type ‘0’ soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, cat. A eggs, sourdough from natural yeast 5% (wheat), egg yolk cat.A, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, honey, cocoa butter, salt, milk proteins, natural citrus and vanilla bean flavours.

Sachet of sugar (icing sugar, wheat starch).

May contain soya.
