Christmas is a time of sharing. Together, we decorate the Christmas tree, set the festive table and open gifts. And what could be better than celebrating the holidays with special desserts that everyone loves? The hardest part is choosing from the many options offered by our tradition: traditional Pandoro or Panettone with filling? And while no Italian Christmas would be complete without Panettone, Pandolce or Focaccia are also special treats: handcrafted traditional Christmas cakes made of unique ingredients. We make all them with passion using our sourdough starter that has been handed down from generation to generation.
