Panettone with Pistachio
The soft dough of our panettone is filled with an intense and tasty pistachio cream. The covering is made by a white chocolate glaze with pistachio paste and pistachio grains.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, PISTACHIO cream 20% (glucose syrup, water, sugar, PISTACHIOS paste 15%, sunflower oil, EGG yolk, powdered skimmed MILK, flavourings, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, colourings: chlorophyllin, curcumin), BUTTER, sugar, EGG yolk, covering [chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavourings), PISTACHIOS granules 2,5%], sourdough 5% (WHEAT), inverted sugar syrup, EGGS, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted WHEAT flour, MILK protein, natural flavourings, vanilla extract from Madagascar.
