The product contains a 100% VEGETABLE turmeric dye and contains no preservatives
It is normally used in these proportions: one 100 ml bottle is used with 3 kg of flour. So, we recommend you use 1/3 of the bottle per kilo of flour. Increase or decrease the proportions to accentuate or diminish the flavour in your dessert
Shake well before use.
