Pasticceria Fraccaro special recipe to honor a great ingredient: "radicchio rosso di Treviso IGP" . This sweet Focaccia is enriched with semicandied Vegetable: Radicchio (chicory) to exalt the delicate taste for a scented Christmas Cake.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, EGGS, candied "radicchio rosso di Treviso PGI" 13% ("radicchio rosso di Treviso PGI" precoce, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid), EGG yolk, inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast, salt, malted WHEAT flour, natural citrus flavourings, vanilla extract from Madagascar.
