Limoncello-Soaked Colomba
A soft cake with a fine and compact crumb, with the fresh and flavourtic scents of freshly macerated lemon zest used to make limoncello cream. The limoncello cream filling has an intense citrus yellow colour reminiscent of the porous skin of the finest lemons. It offers intense flavours and distinctive flavours to the palate, sweetened with a delicious glaze of chocolate and shavings.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, limoncello cream 20% (sugar, water, glucose syrup, limoncello infusion 5%, powdered skim MILK, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural flavourings), sugar, BUTTER, EGGS, icing [dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavouring), white chocolate flakes (sugar, powdered whole MILK, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavourings)], sourdough 5% (WHEAT), EGG yolk, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, inverted sugar syrup, salt, malted WHEAT flour, natural flavourings of citrus, vanilla extract from Madagascar.
