Italy’s traditional dove-shaped Easter cake is soft and fragrant, made with meticulously selected ingredients and our sourdough that we allow to leaven slowly and naturally. Unmistakable flavours of orange rind are released when you cut into this cake that’s topped with crunchy almonds and delicious hail sugar.
Ingredients: type ‘0’ soft wheat flour, sugar, glaze (sugar, almonds, coconut oil, wheat starch, rice flour, almond flour, powdered egg white, flavours), butter, candied orange rinds (orange rind, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, correttore di acidità: citric acid), cat. A eggs, sourdough from natural yeast 5,5% (wheat), cat. A egg yolk, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, inverted sugar syrup, salt, malted wheat flour, natural citrus flavour, natural vanilla bean flavour.
