Limoncello-Soaked Colomba

A soft cake with a fine and compact crumb, with the fresh and flavourtic scents of freshly macerated lemon zest used to make limoncello cream. The limoncello cream filling has an intense citrus yellow colour reminiscent of the porous skin of the finest lemons. It offers intense flavours and distinctive flavours to the palate, sweetened with a delicious glaze of chocolate and shavings.
