The magnificent dough of Panettone has a rich pistachio filling with a powerful and distinctive taste. To make it even more decadent, we top it with a crunchy 70% dark chocolate crust sprinkled with chopped Sicilian pistachios.

 

Ingredients: type ‘0’ soft wheat flour, pistachio filling 20% (glucose syrup, water, sugar, pistachio paste 15%, sunflower oil, ethyl alcohol, sweetened egg yolk, skimmed milk powder, gelling agent: pectin, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, colourants: E101, E160a, E133; salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavours), butter, sugar, cat. A egg yolk, glaze (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, chopped pistachios 0,5%, flavours), inverted sugar syrup, sourdough from natural yeast 5% (wheat), cat.
