Panettone with Cilento Figs and Italian Walnuts
This fruit is unusual for its green skin and very firm white flesh characterized by a refined and succulent taste. We use it paired with walnuts, for a combination of powerful yet elegant flavours.
Ingredients: type ‘0’ soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, cat. A egg yolk, Cilento white figs 7%, noci italiane 7%, sourdough from natural yeast 7% (wheat), inverted sugar syrup, cat. A eggs, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted wheat flour, milk proteins, natural citrus and vanilla bean flavours, preservative: sorbic acid.
